Specially designed for company and team events, Target Seeker© by HB-Adventure Switzerland is the modern version of the classical Treasure Hunt game, adapted to the 21st century. It’s a fun, competitive and entertaining event package for groups from 20 to 200 persons. Target Seeker© events can be easily tailored according to the requirements and preferences of our customers. Overview Target Seeker© combines the excitement and fun of an outdoor treasure hunt with modern communications technology. Instead of the old-style treasure map the participating teams are equipped with mobile communication devices. Consequently, Target Seeker© events can take place locally, or, thanks to the possibilities of mobile communications, regionally or even nationally, among physically spread out teams. A Target Seeker© game may last anywhere from 2 to 8 hours. This allows a much broader and more flexible framework for your company event than traditional event activities.

Newest Mobile Communication Sets Mission-Control	Objective of the game Through a series of different game stages or tasks, the participating teams will be looking for predetermined objects such as buildings, locations or persons with the objective to collect information needed in order to complete the game’s mission, i.e. finding the final target. The first team to arrive at the wins the game. For example, an ideal target location could be the restaurant where the teams will lunch together. The winning team arrives first, and so it enjoys a longer lunch break. How does it work? At the initial briefing the teams receive general information about the game as well as the first task sheet with information and hints about the first object to be found. Throughout the game HB-Adventure Switzerland acts as the mission control center and coordinates the teams, and, if necessary, helps and assists them. The chief of mission control supervises the competition between the teams and resolves or decides questions and arguments during the game. Each task has to be completed within a certain time frame. To prove whether a team has actually completed a task successfully, the team must submit that proof to the mission control chief in due time using the cell phones they are equipped with. Usually the task is completed by taking a picture of a certain object, location or person and by sending it to the mission control center. The mission chief reviews the team’s results and, upon correct completion, sends back a SMS/MMS to the team with the next task. After the successful completion of the first task, that team receives information about the next task, and so on until the final target – the treasure - is found. Transportation During the different stages or tasks of the game the teams will have to move from target to target, either on foot or by using public transportation. Other means of transportation such as bicycles, cars, ATVs or even helicopters can be arranged upon request. Technical Equipment In order to stay in contact with mission control and to submit/receive task information each team receives a cell phone with built-in camera and MMS/SMS functionality. For an additional fee the cell phones offer integrated GPS functionality for route planning and navigation purposes. Prices Please contact us for an individual offer.
